We have over 15 years combined experience in the meeting planning industry, are active members of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and have received the Certified Meeting Professional designation from the Convention Industry Council.

 

The majority of our staff also has a strong background in theatrical design and production. This gives us an edge over most other meeting planners, as we are accustomed to thinking “outside the box” to obtain the maximum impact for your budget. How many other planners can say their staff can step in as stage managers if needed, speak the same language as your audio visual and lighting technicians, create an additional centerpiece when the florist forgets one, or repair part of the rental set using power tools? Very few.

 

We come prepared for just about any emergency you can imagine, as well as those you can't imagine – including medical and security issues – and will assist you in developing an emergency protocol for your event, an often overlooked yet crucial part of any planning process.
